Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the mobile clinic site, maintaining an onsite presence to support multi-disciplinary staff and community partners. Ensure consistent workflows for efficient clinic operations, identify operational issues, and lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives. Supervise team members, administer policies, and manage performance reviews, hiring, and timecards. Collaborate with clinical leadership to foster a positive environment, manage budgets and revenue, and coordinate staff training for harm reduction models. Serve as the primary interface with IT and Medical Records, ensuring equipment functionality and staff training. Represent the program in the community, manage client support services, and facilitate critical incident debriefings while adhering to strict privacy regulations. Lead staff meetings, prepare presentations, and ensure compliance with grants, contracts, and state/federal regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in health or social service OR related field of study
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a health care or social service setting
- 2 years of supervisory and/or leadership experience
- Demonstrated supervisory skills
- Current CPR certification
- Current driver's license
- Pass a DMV background check
- Designated an 'acceptable' driver as outlined in Central City Concern's Fleet Safety Policy
- Pass an initial-drivers training within 60 days of being an approved driver
- Continued recertification training
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must pass a TB test
- Must pass a background check
- Clearance by the DHS Background Check Unit
- Ability to effectively interact with co-workers and clients with diverse ethnic backgrounds, religious views, political affiliations, cultural backgrounds, lifestyles, and sexual orientations
- Ability to work in an environment where clients/patients may be abusive or hostile
- Sufficient manual dexterity and physical ability to perform assigned tasks
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull, lift heavy objects, and climb stairs several times a day
- Must be able to travel in the Tri-County Metro area
- Must adhere to agency's policy of non-discrimination
- Ability to work with a diverse population in a trauma informed manner
- Must be comfortable working 1:1 with patients/clients that may be struggling medically and mentally, agitated or in distress
- Strong ability to remain calm and problem solve in crisis situations
- Knowledge of de-escalation methods or ability to be trained in de-escalation methods
- Ability to work independently, plan, organize, prioritize, implement and multi-task
- Ability to attend to detail, be flexible and dependable
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Ability to consider the impacts and outcomes for underserved communities during decision-making processes
- Knowledge, education, training, skills and experience in providing and supervising services in a highly diverse work environment to a highly diverse and mostly homeless population
- Ability to supervise others and effectively lead a team
- Effective communication skills, ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and concisely
- Possess high tolerance for ambiguity and change
- Demonstrates personal attentiveness, responsiveness and prompt follow up to all internal and external customers
- Demonstrates leadership and problem-solving skills to ensure optimum efficiency in work flows
- Ability to coach team members in a positive and supportive manner
- Ability to be highly motivated, make decisions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass an initial-drivers training within 60 days of being an approved driver

Desired Qualifications
- Previous healthcare experience and outreach experience
- Excellent knowledge of electronic medical records and revenue cycle systems
- Will be required to carry an agency cell phone for work use
