Job Summary
Drive the mobile medical clinic to pre-arranged community locations, including underserved and rural areas, while performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Set up the clinic, ensure it is stocked and operational, and assist with patient check-in, data collection, and maintaining cleanliness. Greet patients, explain available services, and maintain accurate records of schedules and patient flow. Work flexible hours, including evenings, overnight stays, or weekends, while complying with all health, safety, and transportation regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive a large vehicle (mobile clinic)
- Ability to drive for extended periods
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong awareness of safety protocols
- Commitment to maintaining a safe workspace
- 100% Onsite
- Travel to various community locations, often in underserved or rural areas
- Flexible working hours, including some evenings, overnight stays, or weekends
Desired Qualifications
- A degree or certification in healthcare, community health, or a related field
- Proven experience in community health, patient outreach, or a related field
- CPR or BLS certified
