Job Summary
As a Mobile General Skilled Technician, you will be the frontline for maintenance and repair at client facilities, working from a fully equipped service vehicle to perform general repairs, small service projects, troubleshooting of building systems, and preventive maintenance. You will provide minor HVAC and plumbing support to trade-specific technicians, inspect systems, engage with clients to confirm service requests, and ensure safety standards are followed to minimize disruptions and maintain operational spaces.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Professional, courteous demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with tools and equipment (e.g., ladders)
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and diagrams
- Budget management experience
- Trade school education in building-related fields preferred
- Relevant training certifications are a plus
