Job Summary
Develop KSS mobile Anti-Cheat and Anti-Tamper features for Android and iOS to detect and respond to runtime threats like tampering, hooking, debugging, and automation tools. Analyze client-side security risks by examining Android/iOS internals, system calls, and security mechanisms to design memory/process protection and runtime verification. Research emerging cheat techniques and defensive technologies while providing technical support to ensure reliable application across various mobile game environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with C++ software development skills and understanding of object-oriented design
- Experience developing mobile Anti-Cheat, Anti-Tamper, DRM, security solutions, or client protection technologies
- Understanding of system programming concepts such as memory management, and multithreading
- Experience developing native clients for Android or iOS, or equivalent understanding
- Basic knowledge of mobile operating systems, runtimes, process/memory structures, and executable file formats
- Ability to analyze problems from a security perspective and design solutions while considering potential bypass methods
- Ability to learn new technologies and solve unfamiliar problems
Desired Qualifications
- Experience designing, developing, or operating SaaS-based security solutions such as Anti-Cheat or Anti-Tamper strongly preferred
- Understanding of Android or iOS platform internals
- Experience with mobile native development or analysis technologies such as Android NDK, JNI, Objective-C/Swift, Mach-O, and ELF
- Understanding of ARM/AArch64 architecture and assembly
- Experience using reverse engineering and debugging tools such as IDA, Ghidra, Frida, LLDB, and lldb-server
- Understanding of mobile security techniques such as rooting/jailbreak detection, hooking detection, repackaging prevention, integrity verification, and obfuscation
- Research experience in malware analysis, vulnerability analysis, reverse engineering, or anti-debugging
- Experience operating security features reliably in large-scale live mobile game environments
- Experience in low-level mobile system programming with consideration for performance, stability, and compatibility
