Mobile Foreman

Oversee the Mobile Mechanic team’s day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality trailer repairs, safety standards, and optimized workflow. Provide hands-on diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair guidance; travel locally to customer facilities for service and maintenance; may require periodic after-hours/on-call work. Responsibilities include managing repair jobs from initiation to completion, coordinating parts, updating the ERP system, conducting quality inspections, ensuring adherence to safety policies, and driving efficient, cost-effective job execution. Lead and develop the team through coaching, clear delegation, and effective communication, while maintaining a strong safety culture and customer-focused approach.
