Job Summary
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on light to medium duty fleet vehicles, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and conduct inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards. Accurately document repairs, maintain a clean work area, and follow all safety procedures while collaborating with supervisors to support fleet operations. Work in a mobile environment covering sites in Runnemede, Wilmington, and potentially Philadelphia, with Tuesday through Saturday shifts including overtime opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' of hands-on experience performing diesel and automotive vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to own and maintain the personal tools and toolbox required for the role
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness and ability to meet the physical demands of the position
- Must be eligible to pass standard pre-employment screenings, including drug screen and DOT physical (if required)
- Ability to see and hear sufficiently to safely navigate the workspace
