Mobile Fleet Supervisor

Job Summary
Coordinate movement, repair, and maintenance of all mobile and stationary equipment while establishing communication lines to maximize distribution efficiency. Supervise five field lube technicians, lead safety meetings, and ensure adherence to preventive maintenance, scheduling, and contamination control standards. Survey oil samples and equipment alerts, resolving issues with Plant/District Leadership and reporting weekly to the Regional Fleet Manager. Oversee condition monitoring and telemetry technologies, manage mobile repairs and rebuilds, and conduct site audits to identify cost reduction and utilization improvements. Requires 4+ years supervisory experience, ability to travel overnight, and proficiency in MS Office and BI systems. Full-time role with long hours, weekend work, and occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 + years' supervisory/management experience maintaining and repairing large mobile fleets
- Solid understanding of aggregate processing and equipment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- High standard of ethics, integrity, and trust
- Good judgment
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and in BI systems
- Ability to travel overnight as needed
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds from ground to waist
