Mobile Fleet Supervisor

Job Summary
Coordinate movement, repair, and maintenance of all mobile and stationary equipment while establishing communication lines to maximize distribution efficiency. Supervise five field lube technicians, lead safety meetings, and mentor employees to ensure preventive maintenance, scheduling, and contamination control standards are met. Survey oil samples, analyze equipment alerts, and resolve issues with Plant/District Leadership before reporting weekly to the Regional Fleet Manager. Oversee condition monitoring, telemetry, and mobile rebuilds, conducting site audits to identify cost reduction and utilization improvements. This full-time role requires long hours, weekend work, and overnight travel within the Mid-America Region's aggregates and construction operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 + years' supervisory/management experience maintaining and repairing large mobile fleets
- Solid understanding of aggregate processing and equipment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Good people skills and be capable of developing and maintaining positive relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- High standard of ethics, integrity, and trust
- Good judgment
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and in BI systems
- Ability to travel overnight as needed
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds from ground to waist
