Mobile Fleet Supervisor

Job Summary
Coordinate movement, repair, and maintenance of all mobile and stationary equipment while establishing communication lines to ensure proper equipment distribution. Supervise and develop five field lube technicians, providing safety leadership through meetings and mentoring. Ensure preventive maintenance, scheduling, and contamination control standards are met by surveying oil samples and equipment alerts to resolve issues with Plant/District Leadership. Oversee condition monitoring, telemetry, and equipment management technologies, coordinating mobile repairs and rebuilds with the Regional Fleet Manager. Conduct site audits and operational studies to identify cost reduction and utilization improvements. This full-time role requires long hours, weekend work, and occasional overnight travel within the Mid-America Region's mining and construction operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 + years' supervisory/management experience maintaining and repairing large mobile fleets
- Solid understanding of aggregate processing and equipment
- Ability to travel overnight as needed
- Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and in BI systems
