Job Summary
Maintains vehicle and equipment by performing inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on diesel and gas engines, including electrical and drivability diagnostics; restores and adjusts major assemblies, tests performance, and documents services. Requires travel to different branch locations with use of company service truck and occasional overnight stays; 1-3 years of mechanic experience with on-highway diesel/gas engines; ASE preferred but not mandatory; Class A CDL preferred but not mandatory; high school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license and background/MVR checks may be required. Weekend/8-10 hour shifts possible; benefits include 401(k), PTO, medical/dental/vision, and performance bonuses. Pensacola, FL on-site role with potential travel to other branches; overtime eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years of Mechanic experience for Diesel and Gas engines on on-highway vehicles
- Light/Medium/Heavy Duty Vehicle & Trailer Repair Experience - Required
- Electrical and drivability diagnostic experience - Required
- Valid driver's license; willingness to pass MVR and drug tests; background check as applicable
