Job Summary
The Mobile Diesel Field Service Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while inspecting, repairing, and maintaining trucks, trailers, and attachments for On-Highway vehicles. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and making repairs, communicating with customers, ordering necessary parts, completing documentation, and adhering to safety policies. Candidates should possess knowledge of truck and trailer systems, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to operate necessary tools and equipment. A high school diploma, technical accreditation, and a valid CDL are required, along with at least two years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Accreditation from a technical school or an applicable skilled trades program required
- At least two years of experience required, three or more preferred
- CDL – Class A or B required
Desired Qualifications
- ASE Certifications preferred
- Ability to complete HOLT's VBL Classes
- Safety Training and task training required
