Job Summary
Conduct maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on general construction, aerial, and dirt equipment using diagnostic tools and independent judgment. Perform service documentation and accurately order parts from vendors. Own applicable tools and operate with a high degree of safety and superior customer service in a limited-supervision environment. Requires 5+ years of technician experience, valid driver's license, and ability to pass background checks. Includes quarterly efficiency bonuses, retention bonuses, health benefits, 401K matching, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Technician experience with repairing and maintaining construction equipment
- High school diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical
- Must have an acceptable MVR
- Must own the tools applicable to the position
- Must be able to use diagnostic tools
- Must be able to accurately order needed parts from vendors
- Must exhibit strong teamwork skills
- Must exhibit strong verbal skills
- Must exhibit strong written skills
- Must be willing and able to provide safe, superior customer service
Desired Qualifications
- Aerial equipment experience
- Highly developed mechanical background knowledge, particularly with various engine types
- Hydraulic experience
