Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions while designing personalized programs and conducting reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App. Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins alongside efficient schedule management. Represent core values of Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence in every session. Maintain social media savvy and attend company-sponsored events. Requires nationally recognized personal training certification and CPR/AED certification.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
