Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions while designing personalized programs and conducting reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App. Motivate clients, track results, and manage your schedule efficiently, representing the company's core values of determination, respect, integrity, versatility, and excellence in every session. Collaborate with a supportive team of fitness professionals and attend company-sponsored events. This role offers flexible part-time to full-time options with competitive pay ranging from $32 to $50 per hour plus performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
