Job Summary
Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions using personalized programs created in the GYMGUYZ App. Conduct reassessments, manage scheduling efficiently, track client results, and collaborate with a supportive team while representing the DRIVE values (Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence). Requires nationally recognized certification and CPR/AED, with travel between sessions and the use of mobile/web apps to manage sessions and client notes. Compensation is $28–$35/hr with performance bonuses, flexible scheduling (part-time to full-time), onboarding and development, and growth opportunities into Master Trainer and leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
