Job Summary
Deliver in-home and on-site personal training sessions with a mobile, flexible schedule. Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App; conduct reassessments via the app; manage scheduling; motivate clients and track results. Represent DRIVE values (Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence) in each session; collaborate with a supportive team; pursue growth opportunities into leadership roles. Requires a nationally recognized certification and CPR/AED, reliable transportation, and comfort using Mindbody/Trainerize for session management. Compensation ranges from $30–$45 per hour with performance bonuses; flexible part-time to full-time opportunities and onboarding/development support.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
