Job Summary
Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions while designing personalized programs and conducting reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App. Motivate clients, track results, and manage your own schedule efficiently to maintain flexibility. Represent GYMGUYZ's core values of determination, respect, integrity, versatility, and excellence in every session. This role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $30 to $40 plus performance bonuses, with a flexible schedule available from part-time to full-time. Candidates must hold nationally recognized personal training certification and CPR/AED credentials.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication skills
