Job Summary
Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions. Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App and conduct reassessments. Manage your schedule efficiently, motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins. Collaborate with a supportive team and represent DRIVE values in every session. Must hold a nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.) and CPR/AED certification. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions required. Proficiency with mobile/web apps (Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions and client notes. Growth path into Master Trainer and leadership roles. Training includes onboarding and ongoing development with performance bonuses and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
