Job Summary
Perform general building maintenance including timely on-demand repairs, scheduled maintenance, and troubleshooting issues across light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks. Complete small projects and special work assignments while conducting periodic safety inspections and maintaining detailed records of all activities. Manage truck stock and inventory, monitor the work order management system, and develop client relationships through meetings and proactive facility support. This role includes a company vehicle and operates on a 7:30am to 4:00pm schedule with occasional shared on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance Services
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Ability to self-manage and deliver services with a high degree of quality/accountability
- Effective communication and time management skills
- Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and have a valid drivers license
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with basic HVAC filter changes and preventative maintenance support
- Additional skill sets such as commercial garage door repair, drywall and light construction experience
