Job Summary

Mobile Fabric Engineer responsible for on-site fabric maintenance and reactive support. Key duties include overseeing routine fabric maintenance to meet SLAs, handling reactive tasks and ensuring they’re completed to service standards, escorting subcontractors, performing minor PPM tasks, assisting the shift with daily tasks, loading/unloading stock, painting and decorating to maintain an attractive environment, ensuring RAMS are prepared and reviewed, assisting with Water Management System logbooks, and maintaining safety through LOTO, PPE, and H&S practices. Requires good verbal and written English, basic IT skills, ability to work on-site at London-area facilities, and a proactive, team-oriented approach to meet customer expectations.

Required Qualifications

  • A good basic education is essential
  • Formal fabric training
  • Formal Building Maintenance training
  • Formal health and safety training
  • Experience: Sound understanding and experience of meeting health and safety obligations with regard to maintenance activities
  • Working on a client resident site
