Job Summary
Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around products and services, uncover customer needs, educate and demonstrate solutions, and meet targets for sales, customer experience, and quality of sale metrics. The role emphasizes delivering a best-in-class customer experience, leveraging digital tools during interactions and onboarding, completing in-store training, collaborating with colleagues across channels, and a strong focus on sales and customer service in a retail environment. Education requirement is a High School Diploma or GED; 6 months of retail/customer service/sales experience is preferred; 30 days of prior T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience is preferred. Skills include communication, problem solving, customer service, engagement, multitasking, and teamwork. Travel is not required. Hourly base pay is $18.00 with an annual incentive target of $18,000; total compensation claims include potential $20/hour with incentives and stock benefits.
