Job Summary
Serve customers and sell T-Mobile devices and services while building loyalty and leveraging digital tools for onboarding. Complete training on in-store experiences, new skills, and reference resources to uncover customer needs and recommend solutions. Partner with employees across channels, including business and customer service, to meet performance targets for sales, customer experience, and quality of sale metrics. Make the most of shift time by seeking information between customers and learning about wireless innovations.
