Job Summary
Mobile Experts serve customers in-store as part of a Retail Team of Experts, educating, demonstrating and recommending device and service solutions while building loyalty and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. They leverage digital tools in interactions, complete in-store training, learn new skills and processes, stay informed about wireless innovations, and collaborate with T-Mobile colleagues across channels to meet sales, customer experience and quality metrics.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)
- 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
