Job Summary
Design and develop scalable mobile applications using React Native, leading technical decisions, architecture, and project workstreams. Build and optimize high-performance iOS and Android applications, developing native modules with Swift/Objective-C and Kotlin/Java. Implement automated testing, CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring while troubleshooting complex technical issues and optimizing application performance. Collaborate with clients, architects, QA, and engineering teams to conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote development best practices. Create documentation and drive continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of professional mobile development experience
- 4+ years with React Native
- 2+ years in a senior/lead role
- Strong expertise in React Native, including Fabric, JSI, TurboModules, and Hermes
- Experience with native iOS and Android development
- Experience with mobile testing tools such as Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox, or Maestro
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and modern DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
