Job Summary
Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, and facility grounds while performing predictive, planned, and preventative maintenance. Diagnose and resolve work problems for mechanical, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems to keep facilities up to applicable standards. Complete all client service requests accurately and expediently using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and Building Management Systems. Comply with safety policies, hazardous material protocols, and emergency response procedures while working from heights and lifting up to 50 lbs. Maintain time and production records utilizing computer/technology tools.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- A combination of four years of experience as a licensed HVAC journeyman or completing a formal program providing equivalent experience
- EPA 608 certification
- Trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration and HVAC
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant work experience
- industry general building preventative & corrective maintenance
- Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license
- Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) &/or Building Management System (BMS)
- Strong Customer Service & Interpersonal skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Strong Troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration and HVAC preferred
