Job Summary
Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities to optimize performance and life expectancy. Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders, troubleshoot and repair building systems, and ensure energy efficiency and safety. Maintain records of past operating experiences, use CMMS systems (e.g., Corrigo) to update work orders, and be available for on-call shifts. Demonstrates technical expertise across HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, and related equipment; requires universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days), 4+ years of relevant experience, high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. This role is on-site in the Miami, FL area and does not sponsor visa applications.
Required Qualifications
- Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment)
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair and maintenance
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license
- Must be available for Call-in work and perform other duties as required
