Job Summary
Partner with parents and school communities to support children's development through play in fun, engaging environments across OSHC services in Williamstown and Surrounds. Conduct daily coverage on Monday through Friday before school (7am-9am) and after school (3:30pm-6:15pm) shifts, with extra hours available during school holidays. Deliver National Child Safety Training and maintain a State working-with-children check while holding or obtaining a national police check. Build confidence, leadership, and behavior management skills while gaining hands-on experience working with primary school-aged children. This pathway supports growth from Educator to Coordinator and aligns with Junior Adventures Group's commitment to child safety and early childhood education.
Required Qualifications
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
- VIC Diploma-Level - Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma-level Educator in VIC in accordance with ACECQA
