Job Summary
Partner with parents and school communities to support children's development through play in fun, engaging environments. Step in to support different OSHC services across Eastern suburbs, including Officer, Packenham, Beaconsfield, and Bunyip, gaining exposure to teams ranging from smaller to larger groups of 60+. Conduct morning coverage from 6:30am-9am and afternoon coverage from 2:45pm-6:30pm, with extra hours available during school holidays. Maintain a national police check and state working-with-children check, completing National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding. Hold or obtain a VIC Certificate-Level qualification in accordance with ACECQA. Join a respectful team with clear pathways to progress as an Assistant Coordinator or Coordinator.
Required Qualifications
- A genuine passion for working with children
- A team player with aspirations to grow and learn in the role
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
- VIC Certificate-Level Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Certificate-level Educator in VIC in accordance with ACECQA
