Job Summary
Support children's development through play in fun, engaging environments by partnering with parents and school communities. Step in to support different OSHC services where needed, meeting new teams and building industry experience. Available for split shifts including Monday through Friday before school (6:30 am-9:00 am) and after school (2:45pm-6:30pm), with extra hours during school holidays. Requires minimum availability of two mornings and four afternoons. Earn $45-$47 per hour plus super, an additional $21 per day for split shifts, and access to paid training and career pathways.
Required Qualifications
- A genuine passion for working with children
- A team player with aspirations to grow and learn in the role
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
- VIC Diploma-Level - Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma-level Educator in VIC in accordance with ACECQA
