Job Summary
Deliver premium 1-on-1 care by performing all aspects of grooming, including bathing, cutting, shaving, and trimming. Support a smooth daily workflow by walking dogs prior to appointments and maintaining a clean, organized van. Operate independently within state-of-the-art Hanvey grooming vans while prioritizing safety and quality. Select from various shift types to best fit your personal schedule. This role offers base pay of $25–$32/hour plus tips and weekly bonus potential. Full-time employees (30+ hours/week) receive medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and up to 11 paid holidays. Required Qualifications
- At least one year of professional dog grooming experience
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Comfortable interacting with customers/pet parents
- Comfortable using smart phones
- Ability to safely lift and handle dogs up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Ability to safely guide or maneuver dogs up to 100 lbs with the use of the van's equipment
