Assist with frame selection, lens insertion and removal, and hearing aid services, ensuring recommendations align with individual visual and vocational needs. Perform preliminary clinical tasks including visual field screening, Colorimetry, and OCT examinations, while accurately processing payments and maintaining the till. Organise paperwork, manage stock, and ensure all equipment and display areas remain clean and compliant with company policies.
