Greet patients, manage appointments, and record information using the OPTIX system while acting as the primary contact for enquiries and complaints. Dispense and fit spectacle frames and lenses, perform visual field screenings, colorimetry, and OCT examinations, and assist with contact lens insertion and removal. Provide expert advice on frame selection, low vision aids, and myopia management, and promote hearing care services including hearing aids. Process daily banking, manage the till, adjust frames, and ensure accurate measurements are recorded in the EDI system. Organize paperwork, maintain displays, check shipments, and handle returns to suppliers while keeping the clinic clean and welcoming. Maintain mandatory training, keep contemporaneous records, and support branch performance monitoring.
