Mobile Dispensing Assistant, Reading

Greet patients, manage appointments, and accurately record information using the OPTIX system while acting as the primary contact for enquiries and complaints. Assist with frame selection, lens insertion and removal, and dispense spectacles tailored to visual and vocational needs. Perform clinical tasks including visual field screening, colorimetry, and OCT examinations, ensuring precise measurements via the EDI system. Process daily banking, manage the till, and handle payments. Organize paperwork, maintain equipment, and manage stock by checking shipments and updating records. Support clinic efficiency through patient reminders and ensure all areas remain organized and welcoming. Maintain mandatory training and contemporaneous records while adhering to company policies and legislation.
