Perform preliminary clinical tasks including visual field screening, Colorimetry, and OCT examinations, then dispense and fit spectacle frames and lenses tailored to individual visual and vocational needs. Assist with frame selection, contact lens insertion and care, and promote hearing care services. Prepare paperwork, process daily banking, and maintain organized reception and display areas. Manage stock, handle returns to suppliers, and ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order. Maintain mandatory training, keep contemporaneous records, and support branch performance monitoring.
