Job Summary
Provide complete supervision and management for the nursing department across assigned skilled nursing facilities. Exercise independent judgment and administrative authority to carry out operational core responsibilities and policies. Ensure adherence to federal, state, and survey practices while maintaining excellent quality and survey outcomes. Travel regularly, including overnight stays, to support facilities as needed. Required Qualifications
- current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the states practiced in
- two (2) years of recent Director of Nursing experience with a history of excellent quality and survey outcomes
- understanding of federal, state, rules & regulations, and survey practices in your assigned area
- ability to travel, including overnight stays
