Job Summary
Perform on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel trucks and equipment at customer locations, with a primary focus on diesel repair and supporting trailer maintenance. Diagnose and repair a wide range of systems including diesel engines, brakes, electrical and HVAC, document work performed, manage parts and labor, and communicate with customers regarding repair needs and timelines. Travel to customer locations, maintain safety and compliance, and represent the company professionally in the field. Emphasis on independent problem-solving, safety, and quality service with hands-on diagnostics, repair, and welding/fabrication as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years diesel repair experience
- DOT inspection certification (or ability to obtain)
- EPA 609 certification required for HVAC work
- Valid driver’s license required; CDL a plus
