Job Summary

Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and complex repairs on heavy-duty trucks, covering engines, transmissions, brakes, and HVAC systems. Execute quality repairs following OEM specifications and warranty guidelines while utilizing diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues. Conduct road tests to verify repairs and document all findings in the Dealer Management System for warranty processing and customer communication. Apply specialized DTNA training and certifications to perform installations with accuracy across diverse environments including dealership, customer facilities, and roadside locations.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Meet insurance requirements
  • Class A CDL with an air brake endorsement
  • HVAC certification
  • Certifications with Cummins IS Series
  • Certifications with Allison Transmission
  • Certifications with Caterpillar engines
  • Certifications with Eaton
  • Certifications with Meritor
  • Welding and fabrication skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
