Job Summary
Mobile Device Specialist provides customer service for a government client, manages mobile device inventory, and performs troubleshooting and minor repairs on mobile devices (iPhones and flip phones). Responsible for inventory-related tasks including receiving shipments, restocking, and producing monthly reports on inventory and usage metrics. Maintains records with high accuracy; involves lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong emphasis on IT skills, smartphone support, and proficiency with MS Office; security clearance requirements and citizenship/work authorization are noted.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years IT experience preferred
- Extensive experience with MS Office (Excel, Access)
- Proven ability to maintain professionalism and customer service
- Current drivers’ license for security clearance
- Proof of U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Active DoD Secret clearance preferred
