Job Summary
Coordinate mobile device fulfillment and asset management by logging changes to the software repository, matching requests to available inventory, and processing retrievals and shipping. Charge, sticker, and case devices while utilizing the FedEx system to track delivery and update CareBridge systems accurately. Fulfill orders for new devices and chargers, test and cleanse inbound returned equipment, and assist with procurement. Maintain inventories by location to meet service level agreements and participate in developing asset management policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- AA/AS or recognized trade certification
- minimum of 1-year related experience
- any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
- COVID-19 vaccination
- Influenza vaccination
Desired Qualifications
- Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting mobile devices and software
- Previous fulfillment or shipping experience
- General HCBS and/or Long-Term Support Services (LTSS) product and customer knowledge
- Customer-service focused professional with a collaborative, team-oriented demeanor
- proven ability to build strong working relationships within a matrix organization
