Job Summary
Mobile CyberBus Youth Development Manager duties include supporting hands-on STEM, digital literacy, mentoring, and enrichment activities; building positive relationships with youth; maintaining a welcoming, safe mobile clubhouse environment; assisting with setup/breakdown and organization; supporting safety procedures, youth arrival/departure, and equipment readiness; supervising volunteers and assisting with program quality; tracking attendance and required reports; and representing BGCWPA professionally in the community. Requires effective communication and organization, the ability to work in a fast-paced mobile environment, and willingness to work flexible hours including some evenings and occasional weekends. Certifications/clearances (Pennsylvania) such as CPR/First Aid and mandated reporting are required within 6 months of hire. Valid driver’s license preferred; CDL a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in education, human services, STEM, or related field OR Associate’s degree with 1 year of youth experience OR High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of youth experience
