Job Summary
Mobile Crisis Supervisor oversees a team delivering Mobile Crisis Response Services (MCRS), supervising staff performance, trainings, and program compliance; acts as supervisor on call for 24/7 coverage; leads telehealth expansion, KPI attainment (response times to 59 minutes, diversion rate 85%+), and process improvements; requires leadership in behavioral health with licensure in GA (LPC or LCSW) and a Master’s degree, with travel up to 25% and a hybrid in-person/remote schedule. Responsibilities include staff audits, coaching, performance reviews, documentation accuracy, hiring support, disciplinary actions, and collaboration with HR; travel may be required for field assessments and in-person meetings; strong de-escalation, communication, and team leadership skills are essential. Minimum 1 year in clinical/operational leadership; 2-3+ years preferred; Master’s license (LPC or LCSW) in Georgia required; CPCS/ACS credentials preferred for LPCs.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline with a valid license to practice in the state of Georgia as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- For LPCs, CPCS credential from LPCAGA or ACS credential from NBCC is preferred but not required.
