Mobile Crisis Specialist

Respond to behavioral health crisis calls via phone, telehealth, or in-person to provide timely, trauma-informed crisis intervention and stabilization. Conduct rapid assessments evaluating safety risks, suicide/homicide potential, and immediate support needs while implementing evidence-based de-escalation strategies. Develop practical safety plans, coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when indicated, and facilitate referrals to appropriate levels of care. Complete accurate documentation of interventions and disposition decisions within required timeframes, followed by assigned outreach to support stabilization and engagement in services. Operate within a multidisciplinary crisis response team, participating in clinical supervision and ongoing competency training while adhering to organizational policies and regulatory standards.
