Mobile Crisis Response Therapist

Provide crisis intervention services in person or by telephone to police, school, hospital personnel, and community residents, conducting emergency on-site assessments within 60 minutes to determine the need for inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. Assess and stabilize high-risk individuals and families using brief intervention and solution focus therapy for up to 30 days, while coordinating case management, psychoeducation, and advocacy. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule with full-time staff scheduled for at least three shifts weekly and two office days, and engage clients who do not follow through with deflection appointments. Maintain required documentation in accordance with PCH policies and complete all team meetings and trainings. A valid Illinois driver's license and personal vehicle are required for community-based interventions.
