Mobile Crisis Clinician (MS), PRN, Varied Shifts

Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop care plans to stabilize patients in the community or facilitate transitions to higher levels of care. Provide education, consultation, and serve as a liaison to interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, physicians, and police, regarding patients' emotional, psychological, social, financial, and developmental needs. Serve the entire Hamilton County population by receiving referrals from various sources and addressing the complex aspects of patient care.
