Job Summary
Mobile County Jail facility on-site role focused on maintaining commissary hubs and inmate technology. Responsibilities include addressing inmate grievances related to technology services, diagnosing and repairing hardware issues on commissary equipment and inmate tablets, regularly checking inmate tablets for functionality, and reporting issues to the Site Manager daily. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for hardware, good verbal and written communication, the ability to work independently or in a team, and proficiency with computer systems and software applications. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs; shifts are night hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM) across Mon-Thu. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Experience in technology management or related field preferred.
