Provide detailed quotes for additional works as required and manage emergency call-outs alongside planned maintenance schedules. Operate independently with a company vehicle, fuel card, and fully paid travel expenses. Requires Level 2 plumbing qualification, three years of commercial experience, and a full UK driving licence. 10-hour shifts with weekend availability; salary ranges from £39,000 to £46,000 per annum.
