Job Summary
The Mobile Case Manager will deliver personalised face-to-face assistance to workers and employers, providing workers compensation advice and conducting community visits. Responsibilities include achieving optimum outcomes for recovery, consulting with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with NSW workers compensation legislation. Candidates must possess proven case management experience, effective communication skills, and an understanding of injury recovery processes.
Required Qualifications
- Proven case management experience
- Knowledge of the NSW workers compensation legislation and regulations
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to understand the needs of people recovering from a physical or psychological injury
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Written and verbal proficiency
- Understanding of medical terminology and injury recovery timeframes
- Own vehicle with a 5-star ANCAP rating, insurance & current unrestricted NSW Driver’s License
