Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the Mobile Case Management program, including onboarding and training victim advocates and peer mentors. Manage the CAT mobile case management team, coordinate the 24/7 hotline response, and screen referrals for intake and system entry. Supervise victim advocates and peer mentors while ensuring documentation practices, data entry into Wellsky, and client confidentiality are maintained. Collaborate with law enforcement, child welfare, and service providers to support clients in reintegration and develop individualized trauma-informed service plans. Provide trauma-informed clinical supervision and maintain the case management wait list. Work the on-call schedule for in-person responses as needed to coordinate aftercare services.
Required Qualifications
- MSW or related degree
- Experience with program administration and community organizing work
- 3 years of experience working directly with victims of commercial sexual exploitation or domestic violence or may be a survivor of sexual exploitation
- Understanding of the issue of domestic human trafficking
- Experience with trauma-informed care
- Working knowledge of Sanctuary Model for Trauma Informed Services
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to travel from site to site as needed in performing duties
- Professional-level communications skills, both verbal and written
- Understanding and support for the Mission of The Salvation Army
- PA Child Abuse History Clearance
- PA State Police Criminal Record Check
- PA DHS Criminal Record/Fingerprint Check
- Pennsylvania approved Child Abuse Recognition and Reporting Training
