Job Summary
Lead, manage and inspire our expanding team of Mobile Mortgage Brokers within the Aussie brand. Drive sales targets and continue the development of recent graduate brokers in line with our skills development pathway. Provide hands-on leadership, training, coaching and mentoring to drive performance, shape team planning and operational rhythms, and recruit/onboard new brokers within your territory. Promote and monitor the utilisation of the Aussie Platform to improve customer experience and results. Maintain strong internal stakeholder engagement with Associate and Customer Solutions, sales, customer experience and UX teams, and external relationships with lender partners. Bring hands-on Mortgage Broking and leadership experience with a data-driven approach to a hybrid Australia-wide team.
Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on Mortgage Broking and Leadership experience
- Strong track record of leading and developing Mortgage Brokers / Home Loan Lenders
- Data based decision making in a sales environment
