Job Summary
Mobile Building Engineer responsible for concierge-style service to tenants and proactive maintenance of building systems. Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds; inspect fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation within design specifications; execute contract work including landscaping, snow removal, HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning; ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives; utilize multi-meter, pressure gauges, anemometer, drain auger, and other industry tools; read and interpret plans/prints; leverage energy-saving and sustainability measures; provide clear communication to internal/external partners and maintain an orderly, well-functioning environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma required
- EPA Universal Certification required within 90 days of employment
- Ability to read and interpret plans and prints
- 3 years of experience in Commercial Building Operations, Property Management, or related industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems
- Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
